You can permanently delete your ChemQuest account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion removes your profile, username, revision progress, XP, badges, leaderboard entries and AI usage records. This cannot be undone.
Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
If you can no longer access the app, email adam.quinlanjones@gmail.com from the email address your account is registered with, with the subject "ChemQuest account deletion request". We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
Everything: your login, email address, username, all revision progress and stats, leaderboard entries, and AI usage records. Anonymous crash and analytics data already collected by Google Firebase is retained for a limited period defined by Google, then deleted (it is not linked to your deleted profile).
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a ChemQuest Pro subscription - cancel it in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions to avoid further charges.
