Managing your subscription

ChemQuest Pro renews monthly until cancelled. To cancel or change it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose ChemQuest. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring a purchase

Signed in on a new device and Pro is missing? Open the ChemQuest Pro screen in the app and tap Restore a previous purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same account you subscribed with.

Leaderboard names: reporting and blocking

The only thing players can write that other players see is their username, and names are filtered when they are chosen. If one still gets through:

• Report it - on either leaderboard, tap the three dots beside the name, choose Report this username and say what is wrong. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and names that break the rules are removed; accounts that keep doing it are removed too.
• Block the player - same menu, Block this player. You will not see them on any leaderboard again. Undo it in Settings → Blocked players.

Your account and data

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from this page or from Profile → Settings in the app. See the privacy policy for what is stored and why.

AI marking

Mock exams, exam practice and answer explanations are marked by AI. It is good, but it is not an examiner and it can occasionally get things wrong. If a mark or explanation looks wrong, use the report button next to it, and always check the official specification and your teacher's guidance.
